“A plastic coating applied to the exterior of cookware.”

4. What does Porcelain Enamel mean?
“Cookware that has a thin exterior coating of glass and other materials.”

5. Can I use metal utensils on my pans?
Generally we would say ‘no’, recommending the use of nylon and wooden utensils. But certain ranges are metal utensil safe.”

6. Is my cookware dishwasher safe?
“Some ranges of cookware are suitable for use in the dishwasher, while others are not due to their materials. We would recommend consulting the Use & Care guide prior to cleaning.”

7. Are glass lids safe to use when cooking?
Yes, our glass lids are manufactured to be safe to use on our cookware, provided the Use & Care guide is adhered to.”
