Crispy Pork Loin
These flavourful fried crispy pork loin chops combine a crunchy coating with juicy succulent meat. They are extremely easy to make and sure to be a favorite of the whole family.

1 Mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder salt and black pepper in one bowl and set aside.
2 Crack the egg into a second bowl, lightly beat it and set aside.
3 Dip both sides of a pork loin chop into the egg, shaking off the excess egg.
4 Then dip the pork into the bread crumbs making sure it is fully coated.
5 Set the coated pork loin chop aside and continue until all the pork loins are coated.
6 Heat the oil in the frying pan over medium heat, then fry the pork loin pieces for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.
7 Serve with some chips and dipping sauces.
