Ingredients

100g breadcrumbs

3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 large egg

beaten

4 bone in pork loin chops

Oil for frying

Instructions

1Mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder salt and black pepper in one bowl and set aside

2Crack the egg into a second bowl, lightly beat it and set aside

3Dip both sides of a pork loin chop into the egg, shaking off the excess egg. Then dip the pork into the bread crumbs making sure it is fully coated. Set the coated pork loin chop aside and continue until all the pork loins are coated

4Heat the oil in the frying pan over medium heat, then fry the pork loin pieces for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden

5Serve with some chips and dipping sauces.
