In these Terms of Sale, references to "we", "us" or "our" means Meyer Group Ltd (registered in UK 1443669), registered office address; Wirral International Business Park, Riverview Road, Brombourgh, Wirral CH62 3RH. Any payments taken from you will be defined on bank/card statements as Meyer Group Ltd.

Postage & Packaging
A postage fee is charged only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within 3 working days. Generally orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day. From time to time we may change our postage charges and timescales in relation to offers which can be withdrawn at any time. Cancellations of Orders
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days and obtain a full refund of all charges incurred with the original order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm your order has been cancelled by email. Orders are often sent out the day after ordering, if your order has been dispatched before we receive an email confirming your cancellation, you will be required to return the goods and to pay the return postage charges. Returns of Faulty Goods
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded including return postage charges for inspected faulty items. Again, for our full returns policy please view our Returns policy page.
Delivery of the goods using an approved courier will be to a UK address specified by you when you place your order and, accordingly, we will not be responsible for goods not received due to you supplying incorrect delivery details including a valid postal code. We shall not be liable for loss caused by delay in delivery arising out of any reason beyond our control.
We always honour our product and service guarantees, including all distance selling regulations. For faulty items the first 12 months of the guarantee is honoured by ourselves the retailer, after this time the manufacturer of the product will continue to honour the rest of the guarantee.

Your cooker is covered by the Prestige lifetime quality guarantee
Your pressure cooker is guaranteed by Prestige Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product. All moveable parts carry a 12-month guarantee.
We accept no liability (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for the accuracy of information on the Site, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant goods and, save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under these Terms of Sale.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.
Preferred method of payment is Credit or Debit card taken by our 3rd Party provider Sage Pay, all payments will show up on your statement marked Meyer Group Ltd. Each promtoional code will only be valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
