Ingredients
1 onion chopped2 garlic cloves chopped1 tbsp smoked paprika350g mushrooms sliced1 Beef stock cube4 tbsp creme fraiche
Instructions
- Fry the onion, garlic and smoked paprika for 4 minutes
- Turn the heat up and add the mushrooms, fry for a further 4 minutes,Add the stock pot and creme fraiche, mix together. Allow to warm through then serve on a bed of rice.
