1Preheat the grill to high. Mix together the red onion, coriander and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste

2Put the baguette slices on a baking tray and lightly toast both sides under the grill. Top the toasts with the paté and a spoonful of the red onion mixture. Scatter over a few pomegranate seeds followed by the cumin seeds. Drizzle with a little olive oil and arrange on a serving plate.
