Ingredients

350g beef sliced into thin strips

1 onion

80g green beans sliced in half

80g mangetout sliced into small pieces

1 red chilli sliced

1 small jar of Thai curry paste

2 cloves of garlic finely diced

1 run of coconut milk

2 tablespoons of oil

1 lime sliced into wedges

Instructions

1Sauté onions in pan with a little oil until softened

2Add the beef and cook, add the garlic and green beans and stir

3Stir in the red Thai curry paste along with the coconut milk, leaving it to simmer for 10 minutes

4Turn off heat and serve with sprinkling of coriander, chilli and a squeeze of lime.
