Get some of your daily dose of vegetables with this healthy and nutrient-rich kale smoothie. Not only is kale in season in January but if you are participating in Veganuary, this smoothie is suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
1 cold banana
chopped
75g cold blueberries
35g baby spinach
35g young kale leaves
hard centre stems removed
250ml cold coconut water
1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
1Put all the ingredients in to the smoothie mix and go and blend until smooth
