No Churn Avocado Ice Cream

This no churn avocado ice cream makes the perfect summertime treat. Avocado has more protein and less sugars than any other fruit which helps build muscle and burn fat.

Ingredients

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 large/extra large ripe avocado

peeled & pitted

475ml of cold heavy cream

Instructions

1Blend the avocado and condensed milk until no avocado chunks remain. Pour the mixture into a large bowl

2In a separate mixing bowl add the cold heavy cream. Whip at high speed with a wire whisk until the cream has peaks when you lift out the whisk. (You may wish to use an electric whisk),Add 1/3 of the cream to the avocado bowl and gently fold in until no white streaks remain. Careful not to over-mix as you want to maintain the air that was whisked into the cream

3Repeat with another 1/3 of the cream then again with the final 1/3

4Pour mixture into a 9 x 5 inch loaf tin (or similar) and freeze overnight until sold.
