Ingredients

1 red onion sliced

2 cloves of garlic finely diced

1 red and 1 yellow pepper sliced into thin pieces

2 large Portobello mushrooms sliced

1 avocado sliced into strips

Sachet of fajita spices

Sachet of salsa

3 tablespoons of sour cream to serve

1 chilli finely sliced to serve

1 packet of tortilla breads

Instructions

1Sauté onions in a little oil until softened

2Add the peppers, spices and garlic and stir

3Add the salsa and mushrooms and allow to simmer for 5 minutes

4Serve with sour cream sprinkling of chilli and tortilla breads.
