A simple sweet recipe to make popcorn using your Prestige popcorn maker. A must for movie night.
60g Popcorn Kernels
30g Salted Butter
1-2tbs Caster Sugar
1Divide the popcorn kernels into two batches (30g each) and scoop the first batch into your popcorn maker. Place a deep bowl under the spout. Simply switch on and after a minute or two the fluffy warm popcorn will pop into your bowl
2Repeat with the second batch. Remember to carefully remove any unpopped kernels from the bowl - use a spoon or wait until they have cooled as they could be very hot. Return the unpopped kernels to the popcorn maker to fluff up
3Whilst the corn is popping, melt the butter in the saucepan over a low heat
4Add the popcorn and stir thoroughly to coat evenly with the butter, then sprinkle over the sugar and stir again. Serve warm in a sharing dish.
